Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at zwei183638@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or worn
• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day window

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
